Inspired by the release of 5th edition (which has some really great mechanics btw), I give you my non-demoninational Holiday Card!
2014 has been a great year. Doing a monthly horror-comedy show at a regular venue now, working on an amazing TV show called Breadwinners with some crazy-talented folks and travel a-plenty.
I hope everybody's 2014 was as awesome.
Goodnight Mrs. Calabash, wherever you are!

Skeleton Knight Process
Sometimes you just wanna paint skeleton knights. I thought it was
interesting (though not necessarily good) how this painting evolved from
a state where his pauldron spikes were not poking him in the eyes. I
find I have to throw away the linework or the painting gets very comic
booky but then it goes off in directions I don't expect. Which can lead
to happy accidents. Or it can lead to your skeleton knight being poked
in the eye.
Also I lost all the definition on the chainmail and it turned into a mush. But every time I tried to define it more it brought too much focus to that area. Well there will be other Skeleton Knights.

5 second day film "Hermit"
Hey all! Does anybody actually come here any more? I certainly don't
seem to! Been a very art-busy year. So here's a thing I did! It's a
spooky short film for Titmouse's 5 second day. Originally it was going
to be a much longer story and in comic book form but I whittled it down
into a short film. And now it's so different I suppose I could still do
the comic.
